Welcome to BronntanAus. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We’ve kept them short, clear, and in plain English - no legal waffle, just what you need to know.

The Short Version - We make everything with care, ship it as quickly as we can, and stand behind our work. If something’s wrong and it's our fault, we’ll fix it. 

 

Thanks for supporting small Irish creativity around the world. You’re helping keep craft, humour, and a little piece of home alive.

1. Who We Are

BronntanAus is a small Irish-Australian business based in Sydney, Australia. We create and sell handcrafted and printed gifts, including personalised items made to order. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean BronntanAus. When we say “you,” we mean the lovely person buying or browsing.

 

2. Handmade Nature of Our Products

Most of what we make is handcrafted or printed by our neighbouring printer . Small variations in colour, grain, or finish are part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered faults - they’re the charm of handmade work.

 

3. Personalised Orders

Personalised products are made exactly as you request, so please double-check spelling, dates, and details before ordering. Once production starts (usually within 24 hours), changes or cancellations aren’t possible. We can provide a proof by request - just note this in the message section at checkout. Personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty on arrival.

 

4. Processing & Shipping

Ready-made products are processed within 2–3 business days. Personalised products are usually dispatched within 4 days, but may take up to 10 days during busy periods. We ship worldwide, primarily via Sendle & Australia Post, with express options available at checkout. Orders over AUD $150 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia. Local pickup is available from Marrickville and Maroubra by arrangement — just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll be in touch to coordinate. You’ll receive tracking information once your parcel is on its way.

 

5. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@bronntanaus.com within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We’ll cover return postage and arrange a replacement as soon as possible. If your parcel goes missing or is significantly delayed, we’ll replace it - we can’t speed up the postman, but we’ll make sure you get what you ordered.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade (and often personalised), we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If something isn’t right, please reach out - we’re a small team and will always do our best to help.

 

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in local currency and include sales tax where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order through secure checkout.

 

8. Copyright & Content

All product designs, photos, text, and artwork on this site belong to BronntanAus or our collaborating artists. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or resell them without written permission - we’ve worked hard to make these pieces what they are.

 

9. Collaborating Artists

From time to time, we showcase work by other Irish artists (like Eleanor Donnellan, Marlo Woodwork, and others). Each artist retains rights to their own work; we just give it a good home and a place for you to find it.

 

10. Sustainability Promise

We’re committed to responsible production. Most of our timber comes from offcuts or reclaimed sources, and we avoid mass manufacturing. Every purchase supports small-batch, sustainable craft - made in Sydney, with an Irish heart.
