SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

THE SHORT VERSION

We make it, we pack it, we ship it almost anywhere - and we’ll always do our best to get it to you quickly and in perfect condition. If the postie plays hurling with it, we’ll fix it. If you just changed your mind… maybe gift it to a mate instead.

At BronntanAus, every order is packed with care. Here’s how we get your goodies from our hands to yours - and what happens if something goes wrong.

SHIPPING DETAILS

  • Where we ship – We send orders Worldwide - if your destination does not show at checkout, get in touch and we'll see what we can do for you.

  • Carriers – We primarily use Australia Post, but for certain countries we may use alternative carriers to get your order there safely.

  • Express shipping – Available at checkout if you need your order in a hurry.

  • Processing times – Ready-made products ship within 2–3 business days. Personalised products take a little longer — the production time for each item is listed on its product page.

  • Free shipping – Spend over $150 and we’ll cover standard shipping anywhere in Australia.

  • Local pickup – Available in Maroubra, Sydney. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange a time.

  • Tracking – You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’re a small business and each piece is made or finished by hand, so we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But we will look after you if something goes wrong.
 

  • Damaged in transit – If your order arrives damaged, please email info@bronntanaus.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll cover return postage and replace your item as soon as possible.

  • Personalised products – These are non-refundable unless damaged during delivery, so please double-check spelling and details before placing your order.

  • Other returns – Any return not related to damage will be at the customer’s expense.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel goes missing or is significantly delayed, let us know and we’ll replace it. We can’t speed up Australia Post (we’ve tried), but we can make sure you still get what you ordered.
